Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of cherry tomatoes cut in halves or quarters
- 2 garlic cloves minced salt to taste
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- Fresh basil to taste, chopped finely
- 2 to 3 tablespoon of the oil of your choice
- balsamic glaze to taste
- French baguette or loaf

Steps:
- Chop all the ingredients except the balsamic glaze and combine in a bowl.
- Toast the bread at 400F until toasted 5 to 10 min.
- Spread the garlic cloves on the toasted bread Add the bruschetta mixture.
- Drizzle with the balsamic glaze !
