Breakfast crêpes & Chocolate Crêpes
Perfect for everyday that you want to treat yourself ! with berries, maple syrup or even M&Ms !
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups of milk (or substitute)
- 1 Tsp of Rum, or Orange liqueur
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- + butter for cooking
- For the chocolate version, add 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder to the mixture and chocolate chips to taste!
Steps:
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add enough butter to cover the surface.
- Using a ladle, scoop part of the batter.
- Cook until the surface of the crêpes is no longer shiny, then flip it to cook the other side.
- Cook until both sides are cooked and lightly browned to taste.
