Ingredients:
- 400 ml Refried beans (1 can)
- 500 g Cream cheese (2 blocks) (ROOM TEMP)
- 500 ml salsa of your choice
- 3 to 4 large avocados
- Juice of 2 limes
- 500 ml sour cream
- 500 ml grated Monterey Jack (or sharp cheddar)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Tabasco
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
- Layer 1: Mix the refried beans with salt, pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco, then add to the bottom of a bowl, creating an even layer.
- Layer 2: Create a thin layer of cream cheese on top of the refried beans.
- Layer 3: Add the salsa on top of the cream cheese.
- Layer 4: Mash the avocados with the lime juice, salt, pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco, then add to the top of the salsa layer (it's okay if they mix together slightly; their taste goes really well together).
- Layer 5: Add the sour cream on top of the guacamole.
- Layer 6: Add the grated cheese on top of the sour cream.
- Layer 7: Add the green onions on top of the cheese (not a complete layer XD)
