Breakfast crêpes & chocolate crêpes

Perfect for everyday that you want to treat yourself ! with berries, maple syrup or even M&Ms !

Ingredients for 6 crêpes:
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk (or substitute)
  • 1 Tsp of Rum, or Orange liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • + butter for cooking
  • For the chocolate version, add 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder to the mixture and chocolate chips to taste!


Steps:
  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add enough butter to cover the surface.
  4. Using a ladle, scoop part of the batter.
  5. Cook until the surface of the crêpes is no longer shiny, then flip it to cook the other side.
  6. Cook until both sides are cooked and lightly browned to taste.
