Ingredients :
- 1 big slice of watermelon, about 2 cups or so (you know I don't measure things XD) cut into small dice.
- 1 can of chickpeas (which you'll season with garlic powder, onion powder, Tajin, salt, pepper, the juice of a lime, and about a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar).
- 200g of feta cheese.
- 100g of thinly sliced prosciutto, which I've cut into even smaller pieces.
- 1/2 English cucumber, or whatever kind you like, thinly sliced.
- A handful of arugula, roughly chopped.
- 1 red onion, again thinly sliced.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Steps
- Cook the chickpeas until you think the are grilled enough in a pan with a little bit of oil.
- Put everything together in a bowl and ENJOY! Save some for later it makes a few portion, or eat it all it's up to you !
