Ingredients :
- 1,5L of Tomato Juice
- 750 ml of Vegetable Broth
- 3 to 4 Leek
- 1 bulb Garlic minced
- 2 to 3 Shallot minced or 1 diced onion
- 3 to 4 Carrots diced
- 3 to 4 Celery rib
- 1 cup soup Noodle of choice
- Salt Pepper
- Maple Syrup (to reduce the acidity)
- Additional seasoning of choice
Steps :
- Cut all the veggies to desired size
- Cook the Leek till soften a little
- Add carrots and celery and cook until all veggies are partially cooked.
- Add the tomato juice, vegetable broth, spices, maple syrup and bring to a boil
- Add the soup noodles and cook until soften
- Rectify the seasoning then serve hot
